Want to help Save Them All? Talk to 10 friends today.

This statistic shouldn’t be a surprise to any of you who have read this blog for any length of time.

Every day 9,000 dogs and cats are killed in shelters right here in the U.S.

It’s a shocking and heartbreaking figure. By the time you’ve read this blog, dozens of animals will have been needlessly killed. We must do better. Together we can make a difference, and we can Save Them All.

Best Friends is the only national organization exclusively dedicated to ending this tragedy, but we cannot do it alone. Each and every Best Friends member is a partner in our work across the country. With your help, not only can we take L.A. to NKLA, lead Utah to become the country’s largest no-kill state, and continue the groundbreaking care for the animals at our Sanctuary in southern Utah, but we also will advance our mission to include lifesaving programs in communities all across America.

So, how can you help? It’s quite easy! If you have 10 friends, and 10 minutes, we’ve got an easy way that you can share your passion for Best Friends and saving lives, plus turn your friends into supporters just like you.

Every friend you recruit is one more important partner lending support to end the needless killing of pets in shelters. And while that alone should be enough, we’re offering some cool prizes for your effort — like Best Friends backpacks, tote bags, bracelets, leashes and more. It only takes two recruits to earn your first free gift.

Thirty years ago, Best Friends helped pioneer the no-kill movement that today is stronger than ever. But we still have a ways to go, and we need every like-minded person onboard with us to help create a nation that no longer regards pets as disposable objects. Every pet deserves a home, and I know you agree.

Start recruiting your friends and family. The animals, and I, thank you!
